| Detailed Description |
| Warm and sunny flat right in the center of town, really close to everything! A 20 minute walk to most university campuses and 5 minutes to the waterfront. Currently 3 really fun and friendly female flatmates all in their third years of university at Victoria and Massey.
My room is available to be taken over mid November so either you could stay until our current lease runs out in February or renew the lease and stay throughout next year .
Our power bill is usually around $50 a month each and internet $20 a month each
